How we use your information:
When you contact us on our contact us form we will only use your e-mail address to reply to you, we do not give or
share your details to any other third-party organisation.

Visitors to our websites:

www.workingtowardswellbeing.org.uk. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out
the identities of those visiting our website.

People who contact us via social media:
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are controlled internally by Osel Enterprises Ltd employees and we do not
outsource our social media to a third-party provider.

People who speak to our Customer Services, our Support Centre or use the Out of hours phone:
When you call any of Osel’s enterprises during normal working hours you will be answered by an Osel employee or if
we are busy your message will be left on an answer machine. This data is not stored after the message has been
received. If you call outside of working hours the phone will be answered by an Osel employee or a recorded
message, again this message will be played back but once read it will be deleted.

People who e-mail us:
We monitor any e-mails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software.
Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any e-mail you send is within the bounds of the law.

How to find out what data we hold about you:
Data is held in Osel Enterprises Ltd secure data centre at 7 Daish Way, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5XJ.
It is important to be aware that there is no security method that is 100% secure. Your personnel information is held
at Osel Enterprises Ltd or at Way Forward, 25 Daish Way, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5XJ. If you require access to
your personnel data, please contact Osel Head Office on 01983 520128.
